We custom-design and produce CPU boards with ARM (NXP) processors and micro-controllers (STM), which features are decided together to optimize your Controllers. We also design and manufacture special solutions including the I/O interfaces onboard.
We can also customize the CPU boards that are part of our standard range.
Finally, we can supply complete systems from the point of view of mechanics and accessories. Consequently, enclosures and chassis design also is carried on upon your needs, and we can engineer with you the final system, for example to fit applications for HMI or PanelPC's or compact controllers with integrated touch screen & LCD and, always with ARM as the "heart" of the system.
All electronics and mechanics are designed within our company, as well as systems. The production of electronics are made in Italy under our strict control and supervision.
CUSTOM CPU BOARD DESIGN
Usually we provide the custom CPU boards (optimized for the software we have developed) to customers to whom we design the software.
We propose CPU board solutions appropriate to the needs and which never exceed that. Furthermore, we choose the components with the longest life cycle in terms of product availability. The aim is obviously to give maximum performance at the lowest possible cost and for as long time as possible.
As for ARM-based solutions, we design CPU modules (typically with NXP ARM processors), and eventually we also use small-ARM Micro-Controllers (typically STM) for low-end applications.
DESIGN
Finally, we can integrate electronics and "aesthetic form" so creating products based on specific requests design.
